Sean Hanover began this blog in 2012 as a way to keep clients and readers informed of not only legal news, but also to provide tips and hints to those who may not be so well-versed in the law.

Mr. Hanover possesses degrees in:

• Computer Science, and Political Science;
• Dual Master’s degrees in Human Resources (Employment Law) and Industrial Relations (Union Law); and
• Juris Doctorate (JD) with emphasis on Immigration, Criminal, Civil Action, and Family.  

Mr. Hanover has had considerable success defending criminal law cases, including serious felonies such as armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon.  In immigration, he is recognized as an expert in defensive asylum actions in immigration court, focusing on those with serious criminal histories (gangs, and drugs).  In family law his experience in the courtroom has allowed his clients to enjoy a high level of success in custody and divorce matters.  Finally, Mr. Hanover is an accomplished orator and comfortable in front of juries -- having won several large settlements on civil cases.
